Jeremy Hunt MP: “No matter how awful the Olympics get, it will still be a wonderful moment for our country”
Speaking on the Andrew Marr show this morning, Jeremy Hunt redefined optimism by enthusiastically shrugging off all organisational concerns about the Olympics.
Hunt assured, “No matter what goes wrong we can always bring in the army, and how great is that!
“And let’s not forget that – like with the wider economy – we’re all in this together.”
Nick Buckles of G4S acknowledged: “The contract we landed was so lucrative we stopped caring.
“We did lose some revenue because of our failure to do anything competently, but we’re still raking in shed loads.
“We don’t know if the security staff we have employed are any good, or even real!”

Just like the banks – another organisation is get off light – how about imprisoning some of them – will make them think twice!!! How can the army help they’re being cut back by 20% too soon. Best call up the traffic wardens next to help
Nice one. Traffic wardens would be of more use if the logistics allowed anyone to get anywhere near it, which seems unlikely.
