Andy Murray’s annual self-torture routine well under way
Britain’s standalone tennis scapegoat Andy Murray is subjecting himself to the usual punishing routine by struggling through to the latter stages of the French Open before getting pulverised.
The Scot’s gritty fightbacks have already been necessary this year due to his poor play at the start of matches and an apparent injury problem.
With a possible heavy defeat by Spain’s David Ferrer on the cards, Murray seems to be going through the perfect preparation for Wimbledon.
British tennis fans are satisfied as he continues to sacrifice himself as the bearer of all their hopes, dreams and expectations, whilst others are free to slag him off for being Scottish.

Poor Scot.
