Wembley confirms Sweden is boring
The FA has admitted it is expecting the lowest attendance at Wembley for tonight’s match since the stadium reopened in 2007 as tens of thousands of football supporters look to avoid being trapped in an enclosed space with Swedish people.
About 40,000 fewer tickets have been sold than for the win over Spain on Saturday, and there are suggestions that the demand for that fixture could have been due to the world champions not being associated with Ikea and Volvo.
“Urgh. Do you remember Sven?” one indifferent supporter asked.

The FA announced, “The Spain match was clearly the most attractive. The Swedish team is both rubbish and boring.
“People will prefer to stay at home to watch it on TV before realising ITV have coverage and switching over to another channel.
“Plus John Terry is playing, and who wants to see him?”
Sweden are a bogey team for us anyway, we always draw with the buggers.
Ibrahimović’s ability to be consistently useless at the highest level whilst looking like an extra from a samurai movie should have been worth the entrance fee alone.
